Peserta diberikan materi terkait profil Balai diklat Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan Kadipaten dan KHDTK Hutan Diklat Sawala Mandapa. Dilanjutkan dengaan menonton film edukasi cinta lingkungan dan hutan di Ruang Audio Visual dengan dipandu oleh R.Dedeh Sudiarsih dan Ipan Rangga Permana selaku pemandu dari BPLHK Kadipaten sehingga para peserta dapat mengerti dan memahami betapa pentingnya menjaga dan melestarikan hutan dan. lingkungan.
